Barre STL is a barre-based fitness method that takes an athletic approach to the principals of pilates, yoga, strength training, HIIT, and dance to achieve results you cannot only see, but feel inside and out. Regardless if you are newer to fitness + movement or if you are a fitness veteran, our classes are designed for YOU!

Our goal? To help you fall in love with working out and more importantly, to fall more in love with yourself. Drawing from self-love when meeting us on your mat. We want you to exercise because you love your body. You are worthy! You are enough! Just. As. You. Are. (period. end of story.)
